Summer starts soon. Wearing a hat makes one Special, Unique, Authentic. My father used to wear one everyday. It made him distinct. He believed fully in authenticity: Be Yourself, Behave as Yourself!

Authenticity is of undisputed origin and not a copy! What about us: the scientists, researchers, engineers? What makes us unique and yet what do we hold in common? How do we keep our own values and originality? These questions were answered during the Stralia Open Day: Authentic You!
This is what Stralia Open Day was all about: Discover Authentic You!
Because no matter what our aim is - lead a team, manage an organisation, share knowledge, inspire a new generation - we strive to be the best version of ourselves!
We have connected and refreshed together! In a vivid atmosphere, we have networked, listened, reflected, created, got inspired. We improved our leadership and presenting skills during Stralia workshops ‘Authentic Leadership: Be At Your Best Most of the Time’' and ‘Authentic Presenter: Attract the Attention of Your Audience’.
We left full of energy and thirst to perform even better. It was fantastic!

LEADERS BREAKING THE LAW?!
BART VERHEIJEN is the founder of GuruScan and lecturer on Knowledge Management at several Universities, among which the Amsterdam Business School. Bart share with us his experience on setting up his own company: an inspiration for all of us!
